Please note that once ads are published, they cannot be modified for a 90-day period. If you decide to cancel your contract, a 30-day written notice is required, and an early termination fee of $1,000 will apply.

As our client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our Services. You are responsible for any content you provide and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, are owned by Cornerstone Marketing or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose any confidential information you provide to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Services in the two months prior to the claim.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish.
